Will and Testament of
Eliza Gibbons of Hill Green Leckhampstead Berks, I hereby give devise and bequeath to
Mary Ann Taylor of West Ilsley and Rachel Taylor her sister jointly my estate - 
comprising house and garden three acres of land barn and outhouses and all timber 
free of duty My household Furniture bed and table linen and wearing apparel and other
effects to be equally parted between Mary Ann Taylor and Ann Matthews My Consols in 
the Bank of England to be realised and after my Funeral expenses and all debts have 
been paid a Tombstone erected to my memory and cleaning and letters renewed on my 
family's Tombstones then the residue I bequeath between Mary Ann Taylor Rachel Taylor
Thomas Barrett Sarah Eliza Head of 4 Warwick Place Eiza Lancasel of Newbury Ann Wells
of Brightwalton and Isaac Bristow of Leckhampstead Thicket thereby Appoint the said

have been made lying to my account with the Westbourne Park Permanent Building Society
to my brother Albert Thomas Gibbons Taylor of 12 Carlton Terrace, Birkenhead, Auckland,
New Zealand. My real estate being half the value of the house situated at Hillgreen, 
Leckhampstead (and occupied by my brother-in-law John Taylor) including the furniture
and contents and adjoining land I bequeath to the said John Taylor for the term of his
natural life, after his decease I give and devise the aforesaid house and furniture 
and contents to Albert Thomas Gibbons Taylor. 12 Carlton Terrace, Birkenhead, Auckland,
New Zealand. I appoint Rev. W. Lawson B.A. of 36 Greenham Rd. Newbury as executor of 
this my will and hereby revoking all former wills and testamentary dispositions by me
at any time heretofore made, do declare this to be my last Will and Testament IN 
WITNESS wherefore I have hereunto set my hand this Nineteenth day of August One 
thousand nine hundred and thirty two
